Yes, a credit card is required to rent a car. The credit card must be in the name of the primary driver and will be used to hold a deposit at the time of rental.
We offer liability insurance as well as optional insurance coverage for collision and theft. You can also choose to use your own insurance if it covers car rentals.
Yes, you can add an additional driver to your rental at an additional cost. Both the primary and additional driver will need to present a valid driver’s license at the time of rental.
If you are looking to purchase additional insurance, the additional cost will depend on the insurance chosen.
If you are looking to add a child seat or additional driver, the cost would be AED 25/day or AED 200/month.
You are not allowed to take the car out of the country. Some cars may have mileage restrictions, please check with the location for details.
Our cancellation policy varies by location, so please check with the location you plan to rent from. In general, we require at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled rental date to cancel without penalty.
Yes, you can extend your rental if the car is available. You will need to contact the location where you rented the car and pay an additional fee.
In the event of an accident or breakdown, please contact our emergency roadside assistance number and file a police report immediately. We will work with you to get the car repaired or replaced as quickly as possible. If no police report is given, no damages can be covered.
